At Tea Samayam, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered. To be eligible, requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used tea packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, we will send a replacement free of charge.
